Coordinator Positions
Coordinator positions offer a unique chance to apply your skills and give back by leading live events that bring students and seniors together. Applications close on Sunday, July 6th, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. Interviews will take place between Monday, July 7th to Saturday, July 12th.

Operations Coordinator
The operations coordinator hosts/MC's the event. They play a central role in orchestrating the proceedings, actively engaging both performers and audience members, and setting the dynamics of the event. Their responsibilities include introducing performers, providing insightful commentary on performances, and interacting with seniors.

Facilities Coordinator
The facilities coordinator takes care of all aspects related to sound, audio, and visual gear, ensuring that it is suitable for everyone. Their job is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable audio/visual experience during events, without any unnecessary complications.
Communications Coordinator
The Communications Coordinator plays a key role in capturing and sharing the impact of our events. They can focus on one of three areas: photography, videography, or blog writing. Their content they capture is featured across our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
