Empowering Youth Through Music Program

Empowering youth through music program aims to give less privilege youth the opportunity to learn music. Gen-Connect recognizes the positive impact of learning an instrument and performing. As a result, we aim to give students who have the passion, but not necessarily the means an opportunity to learn. This program is funded by our generous donors. 

Students will chose an instrument that they would like to learn. This can be any instrument ranging from piano, to guitar, to singing, etc... They will then be connected to a music teacher where they will have weekly lessons for 9 weeks. At the end of their lessons, they will have the opportunity to perform at one of our Gen-Connect events.
